How does it work?
Really simple, you pay for the time you receive!
The fees are made up of a per-minute rate, and an incident fee.
You will be billed in the first place for the incident fee, until the hourly rate exceeds that amount. After which you will only be billed by the per-minute rate. You pay a fixed amount for your “support credits”, depending on how much you buy..the cost gets less!
